30-Day Returns

Return new, unopened items within 30 days for a full refund.

Conditions

• Bed frames must be unused, unassembled, in original packaging
• All hardware and manuals included
• Clearance items are final sale

Return Shipping

Customer responsible for return shipping ($80-$200 for bed frames).

Damaged Items

Report within 48 hours with photos to Service@belffin.com. We'll replace parts or issue full refund.

Refunds

Processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method.
